Privacy Policy

- We collect what you type in and what you do in the app. Nothing else.
- No ads, no ad trackers, and we never sell your data.
- We never apply to jobs or contact employers for you.
- You can download everything or delete your account any time in Settings.
Who we are
MoneySuite is a set of money apps, starting with TJobs, made by Tonichi Bonoan (@justtonch). One account works across every app. In this policy “we” means MoneySuite.
What we collect
- Your account: name, email, password (stored only as a one-way hash), time zone and settings.
- Your onboarding answers: your goals, where you are with money, and how you found us.
- What you create in TJobs: your voice profile answers, job criteria, cover letters, CV, and the jobs you open, save, dismiss or track.
- Usage: which features you use and when, so we can see what's working. Sign-in sessions record your IP address and browser.
We don't collect government IDs, bank details or payment cards. When paid plans arrive, payments will go through a payment provider and we'll update this policy first.
Why we use it
- To run your account and the apps you use: matching jobs, drafting letters in your voice, building your CV.
- To keep accounts safe, for example by limiting repeated sign-in attempts.
- To improve MoneySuite using totals, like how many people used a feature this week.
- To send the digests you pick in Settings (you can turn them off).
Who else handles it
We use a few service providers to run MoneySuite. They process data for us and aren't allowed to use it for anything else. Some of them store data outside the Philippines.

Job listings come from public job boards. We only read from them; we don't send them anything about you. Peso amounts use public exchange rates, again without sending anything about you.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Visit counts are measured without cookies.
Sharing
Your data stays private unless you share it. If you use a share button, the card you share is public to anyone with the link. You can remove it any time in Settings → Your data.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while you have an account. When you delete your account, your profile and everything you created are deleted right away. Usage totals and AI cost records are kept without anything that links them to you. Database backups roll off within about a week.
Your rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (and similar laws elsewhere) you can ask what we hold about you, correct it, get a copy, object to how we use it, or have it deleted. Most of this you can do yourself:
- Correct: edit your profile, voice profile and CV in the app.
- Get a copy: Settings → Your data → Download.
- Delete: Settings → Your data → Delete my account.
For anything else, contact us through a message through justtonch.com. You can also complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
Age
MoneySuite is for people 18 and over.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect.
